Eight Bin Steel

EIGHT GROUND FLOORThe load-bearing structure of the EIGHT BIN is made in steel of 50/10 thickness. The door and the back are made in steel sheet of 15/10 thickness. On the side of the load-bearing structure a triangular key lock is placed. The inner bag-holder is made in galvanized steel of 20/10 thickness. It is placed on specific supports welded to the load-bearing structure, of 20/10 thickness as well. To help with the extraction of the bag, the bag, the bag-holder is removable. On the upper part of the load-bearing structure, an ashtray (resulting from the laser-cut of a tube of 121 mm diam. and 1,5 mm thickness, on which a rotating bottom is fixed for the emptying of the tank) is placed. On the upper part of the ashtray there is a laser-cut steel sheet of 10/10 thickness, meant to put out and keep the cigarettes. On the bottom of the bin there are 4 holes of 10 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided).

The load-bearing structure of the EIGHT BIN MURALE is made in steel of 50/10 thickness. The door is made in steel sheet of 20/10. On The back there are 4 holes of 8 mm diam. to fix the bin to the wall through specific bolts (not provided). On the side of the load-bearing structure a triangular key lock is placed. For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester-powder coated with AkzoNobel RAL colours at choice.

The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
