Saint Patrick Street

Cork

The studio BB+GG arquitectes developed the project for the remodelling of Saint Patrick Street in Cork (Ireland). The project, inspired by the Barcelona Ramblas, consists of pedestrianising, illuminating and reorganising this central avenue in the city of Cork (now christened the Cork Ramblas) by means of the orderly distribution of different lighting and street furniture elements in the space, such as the Sara and Latina Streetlamps and the Bicilínea bicycle rack, designed by Beth Galí, and the Línea railings, designed by Montse Periel, all these urban elements published by Urbidermis Santa & Cole.
