The structure of the planter QUADDY is made of modules in steel 15/10 and 30/10 thickness, joined together with M8 screws. In the middle of the load-bearing structure there is a planter 15/10 thickness with dimensions 1000x1000xH 600 mm. On the bottom 2 drain pipes, made in tubular steel with section 16×2 mm, h 50 mm, are welded. On the upper part of the modules of the structure calendered plates 15/10 thickness, serving as a support of the wooden slats of the seat, are welded. The slats are made in exotic wood 50×50 mm.

For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester-powder coated with AkzoNobel RAL colours at choice.

The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
